We had what appeared to be a leak in our kitchen from the second floor. Troy came out and took a look at it. I cannot say enough good things about Troy’s customer service. He was very thorough and patient, answered all of our questions and is extremely knowledgeable. We’ve had work in the past and something that makes me uneasy is when employees rush to finish and make you feel like you’re just another job to rush through, leaving me to hope that the job was done properly. Troy took time to listen to my concerns, he diagnosed the problem, repaired it and did an overall terrific job. Not only will we use All City Plumbing because of the great service we received, but we’ll be hoping we get Troy every time.

All City Plumbing was able to send someone out same day for a consult. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Just had our new water heater installed and we are very happy with the service we received.
