Robbie was the service rep and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and courteous. I am very impressed with the level of service he provided and I will call on Robbie and NexGen to perform future HVAC service.
Robbie was absolutely professional & very detailed & honest about what our problem was. Not only did he clear up issues that we thought were plumbing issues, he clarified what the actual problems were & advised us on the best ways to fix them.
