Robbie was the service rep and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and courteous. I am very impressed with the level of service he provided and I will call on Robbie and NexGen to perform future HVAC service.
Felipe Resendez is fantastic! He was professional and instructive in helping me understand my system and how to maintain it on my own in the future. He sorted out the problem of a clogged line. I highly recommend NexGen. But ask for Felipe - what a delight!
Andrew came out today to do summer maintenance, he was super knowledgeable and honest. Showed me tons of pictures of my system and made it easy to understand. Andrew made recommendations and I made sure to do what he recommended! Definitely using Nexgen again!!!
