I contacted this company after finding them through Yelp and reading several five star reviews. Our plumber, Larry Acuna, contacted me in advance to confirm the appointment and introduce himself. Upon arrival, he asked me several questions to understand what the issue was (low water pressure and water not getting hot), and detailed what he was going to do to determine root causes of the issues that I was having and then provide recommendations and possible options. He was very detailed in telling me what his process was going to be, when he was going to do it and updated me on his discoveries. He was very mindful coming in and out of the house, he was intentional in telling me that he did not want to tracked dirt into the house, and wore coverings over his shoes. He went above and beyond and tested my water quality, assessed the quality and integrity of my current equipment, and then provided personal recommendations from a professional standpoint. We noticed a leak in our kitchen so I called NexGen to take a look and I’m thankful I did. Jesse V was the plumber assigned to our call and he was awesome. He was super thorough during his inspection, and fixed the leak quickly so no further damage was done to our property. Jesse also had a lot of experience and gave us recommendations on how we could help extend the life of our pipes and appliances as well as reduce the risk of similar issues down the road which I really appreciated. Will definitely be using NexGen again and would highly recommend!
