I was very impressed with Sano Heating & Air. I was with a previous company for 15 years that started to price gouge me and invent things wrong with my AC to get more money out of me. I am very thankful to have found Sano, Stevie was very honest and thorough. He went the extra mile and even called the manufacturer of my AC to double check a couple things. I would highly recommend this company for honest work and competitive pricing

If I have to hire an AC company again, it will for sure be Sano. We hired them to install the AC unit for our new place. From start to finish we had a great experience with this company. I reached out via Yelp message to find out pricing and when they can come by to fix our AC unit. Patrick helped us get setup and scheduled for a technician to come by the next day. The technician who came by was Ibrahim. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and took his time to figure out what was wrong with our AC unit instead of rushing through the process. To me, this shows that this company truly cares about their customers and want to make sure we are properly taken care of.
