Orange Coast Plumbing

Discovered a leak (water spot) in my ceiling late Thursday night. I filled out a form online for an appointment and had a message on my phone before I even got up the next morning. Office staff was patient, super professional, and immediately put me to through to a tech (Colten) who was awesome and gave me an appointment a couple hours later. Then got a call that they could see me an hour earlier than that. Colten and Danny showed up as promised analyzed the issue, gave me a reasonable quote, fixed the problem, gave me options and were in and out in less than two hours. About an hour later I got a follow up call from the office to see how it went. Top notch customer service from beginning to end. So happy I called Orange Coast.

These are my go to plumbers. I have a rental and anytime I need work they are awesome. They are professional and awesome. The only negative I’ve found is they are a little pricey. But you get what you pay for. I trust this company and have even checked other places but have to have Orange costs come out and repair what was already done. My favorite of all the plumbers is Jeff always nice and informative.
