Steven Ratanapratum provided EXCELLENT customer service this afternoon in providing an estimate and problem solving suggestions for a kitchen plumbing situation. He installed a shut off valve efficiently and was responsive to our questions and concerns about our pending kitchen remodel. My husband and I were very impressed with his skill and knowledge.
Bobby and Kyle were efficient, gave me clear information about costs and time to completion, worked hard to meet my time constraints, and were genuinely pleasant to work with. I suspect prices were competitive. I did not shop around. I responded to an ad in the St. Bonaventure Sunday bulletin that included a donation to the Church with services rendered.
