Water pressure regulator valve decided to break on a holiday weekend - Called RR - great customer service- a human answered the phone! Said they could be to house within 2 hrs and got there in 1. Took a bit to locate the part on a sunday afternoon but luckily we did and RR installed that day so we didn’t have to endure 2 days without water Service: Plumbing pipe repair
After a frustrated Mike Diamond technician failed to up sell me (I ran him off the property after he didn’t want to “waste his time” working on something he was convinced was impossible to clear), I called Roto Rooter. Within an hour Mr. Lamont Harris arrived and with great expertise, patience and genuine pleasantries successfully and quite quickly resolved the problem. In the future I will not only call Roto Rooter again, I will adjust my schedule to accommodate Mr. Lamont Harris’ availability. Service: Augering
