Jeff was an AMAZING technician. I was not at the property when I was alerted about a leak, Jeff was quick to let me know the issue was not major, and that I was in good hands. I really appreciated the extra time he took to take pictures, videos, and explain each of the issues he found, and their level of severity. After a frustrated Mike Diamond technician failed to up sell me (I ran him off the property after he didn’t want to “waste his time” working on something he was convinced was impossible to clear), I called Roto Rooter. Within an hour Mr. Lamont Harris arrived and with great expertise, patience and genuine pleasantries successfully and quite quickly resolved the problem. In the future I will not only call Roto Rooter again, I will adjust my schedule to accommodate Mr. Lamont Harris’ availability. Service: Augering

I experienced a stoppage which affected the entire home. It involved removing and replacing the toilet in order to clear the line. What at first seemed straightforward was complicated. Noah Sambia, the Roto-Rooter plumber, with some difficulty was successful. He worked diligently and while replacing the toilet accidentally dropped a brass bolt into the main drain under the bathroom. This is where I was most impressed. In my experience workers most often don’t admit a mistake, would have replaced the toilet and left. It could/would have caused a problem in the future. Noah immediately informed me of the mishap and tried diligently to retrieve bolt. No luck. He promised to return the following morning with another plumber to go underneath my home (raised foundation) open a “cap” and “fish out the bolt.” Indeed he returned early the following morning assisted by Guillermo Jimenez as promised. Together after working about two hours they were successful. Everything was replaced, the toilet
