We wokel up Sunday after a 2 year remodeling of our house which was finished Friday, our main line sewer pipe was clogged to the point of our master bathroom, guest bathroom and kitchen all were not working. We called Monday morning and the young lady on the phone gave us a technician to show up at our house in 2 hours. Gino was right on time, walked the job site, gave us 2 bids one to fix and one to make it work which was hundreds cheaper but warned us it would work but it would also probably fail within a few months to possibly a few years. We went for the correct fix and pay to have it done correctly. Gino told us he would be back in an hour or so with the correct equipment and a another worker. They were right on time, again walked the property to see the clean outside and went to work. A few hours of hard work, snaking the pipes,using a camera they decided the pipes were clean enough to high pressure jet wash the pipes. When completed they sent the camera into the pip

The technician was very professional, wore booties over his shoes, and explained the entire process. He did a great job. With regards to responsiveness, it was after hours when I reached out to them, but they still replied and were able to schedule me for the next morning! Overall, I loved the service and will be using them for my plumbing needs in the future.

The plumber that was just sent to my house named Carlos was EXTREMELY RUDE to us the entire time, very impatient and yelling at me and my family about everything. He acted very disrespectful and unprofessional towards us. We were nice to him but I’m not sure why he had this type of awful behavior towards us. It was our first and definitely last time meeting him. He just kept yelling and arguing with us the whole time and even the price he wanted to charge us for doing the job was super expensive. I no longer recommend working with this company at all. Not even if they paid me 1 million dollars!!
