Mr.Estrada was excellent. Business like as he explained what he would do. Installed two new Nest thermostats… over $450. For free. Thank you very much Service: Thermostat installation
Bad experience. I asked for general AC Maintenance, the guy didn’t focus on working, but talked to me to buy membership four times in one hour. When I said I had to think about it, he didn’t do the work well. Even when he left forgot to install all of screws. If I didn’t check on time, I would miss one screw of my machine. Not recommended. I cannot pay for coming to selling memberships rather than professional service.
I cannot say enough good things about Service Genius Air Conditioning and Heating. We had an issue with our furnace and they were able to dispatch a furnace repair technician within the hour! They also fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. It has always been a positive experience dealing with their company - from customer service to quality of work.
