Arian G was very knowledgeable and articulate about city code, and saved me money in selection of a heat pump that fit my needs. He also helped me with his suggestion to install ridge vents during my reroofing job. There were problems coordinating AC installation with the roofing company, I lay the responsibility for that with the roofing company that seemed to be running behind schedule, and would not provide a detailed day by day schedule, until very late. In the end it worked out due to Aeris flexibility in proposing a work around the roofing company agreed to. Heat pump was a little tricky, it shut down twice after the crew left. Third time was the charm, and it's working fine. The house is so much more comfortable now, and I'm very happy. Kudos to Arian, who was very responsive to all my questions day and night, mostly by text. At this point we're not done yet, the new system has to pass inspections. We had Marvin come out today to service and repair air conditioning unit at my disabled vet fathers home. What a nice man he is. Very knowledgeable. And took the time to explain the problem and the fix. I was hestitate in calling the company as outside my area. And more expensive than ones in my area.. However having someone knowledgeable and able to repair the problem was worth the extra money . In the end he gave us military discount and then some.. so we were pleased.. The receptionist Theresa was friendly and helpful. The only mistake is i should of scheduled my air conditioning at my home for service i was 5 min away..I gave them 5 stars as they deserve it. And we will use them again. I recommend Aeris inc!

I purchased aircon and furnace to Aeris and price are reasonable. Jason will explain to you why you are buying a certain brand at certain price. And also, in case you need to service of your unit, they will respond right away.
