The job was done professionally. Everything working really well. Would have given five stars but the outside area around the condenser was left with debris, nails and cut up pieces of plastic. I was expecting at least a once over sweep but it was not done. Inside the house was cleaned up nicely. Services: Install AC, Ductless heating & A/C services

Arian G was very knowledgeable and articulate about city code, and saved me money in selection of a heat pump that fit my needs. He also helped me with his suggestion to install ridge vents during my reroofing job. There were problems coordinating AC installation with the roofing company, I lay the responsibility for that with the roofing company that seemed to be running behind schedule, and would not provide a detailed day by day schedule, until very late. In the end it worked out due to Aeris flexibility in proposing a work around the roofing company agreed to. Heat pump was a little tricky, it shut down twice after the crew left. Third time was the charm, and it's working fine. The house is so much more comfortable now, and I'm very happy. Kudos to Arian, who was very responsive to all my questions day and night, mostly by text. At this point we're not done yet, the new system has to pass inspections. Marvin was exceptional! Most knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing the problem. His tutorial in effective use of the thermostat was simple and easy to remember. Always call Marvin first! I know I will.
