Arian G was very knowledgeable and articulate about city code, and saved me money in selection of a heat pump that fit my needs. He also helped me with his suggestion to install ridge vents during my reroofing job. There were problems coordinating AC installation with the roofing company, I lay the responsibility for that with the roofing company that seemed to be running behind schedule, and would not provide a detailed day by day schedule, until very late. In the end it worked out due to Aeris flexibility in proposing a work around the roofing company agreed to. Heat pump was a little tricky, it shut down twice after the crew left. Third time was the charm, and it's working fine. The house is so much more comfortable now, and I'm very happy. Kudos to Arian, who was very responsive to all my questions day and night, mostly by text. At this point we're not done yet, the new system has to pass inspections. Marvin and Eric took such good care of us, and in a very timely fashion -- fixing our AC right before it started to get hot! We went to Aeris because we wanted to find a small business that would be responsive. Aeris worked to figure out an installation that was best for us and worked us into their schedule faster than we expected. Their personnel were skilled and professional and delivered a quality result. We plan to use them again in the future.
