I wanted to remove the old heating system in my house and update it with a high efficiency, new ducting, and add AC (yay California heat waves). Dan was able to quote the job quickly and the total cost was reasonable. He walked me through his install process, explained the best place for things, and answered my questions. He keeps to a schedule, and was able to start the day he said he said he would and finished within about two weeks (he worked over thanksgiving). Dan is now my go to for anything heating and cooling. Hi, The team from South Bay installed a new furnace system for our home as purchased through Costco. They were prompt, professional and very courteous. The finished installation included a change to make the filters more easy to remove. Now I can change the filters without any problems. They completed the job in one day and left an installation that looks very professional. They also followed up later to assure that the heating system was working as required by code and provided the appropriate documentation for inspectors. I highly recommend their services.
