Our 1970's house needed to get the galvanized pipes replaced (all the shutoff valves were frozen, and we had rusty water in the mornings). This is a big and expensive job, so I got quotes from half a dozen plumbing companies in the area. I chose to go with Alex and Superior Plumbing because I could tell they were going to do a top quality job, for what I thought was a reasonable price. The final selling point for me was how communicative Alex was, it gave me peace of mind that I would be able to reach someone if I ever had any issues during or after the process. As for the work itself, they first had to deal with my *extremely* difficult HOA to get the approval process done. I think most people would have said "screw this" and left me in the dust, but Alex showed some astonishing levels of patience that I can only aspire to have...
