ACS Roofing

We have been using ACS Roofing since at least 2014. They are always quick to respond when we contact them. They do good work at a reasonable price. We were even able to pay a small consultation fee to get some suggestions from the owner on ways to cool down our garage. It's a pleasure to work with a company you can trust. I recently contacted ACS Roofing to inspect my home's composition roof as a result of leaks in my office and since parts of the roof were showing signs of aging and dry-rot. I chose them after checking out the services of several local roofing companies. The owner, Mark Tate, came out to do the initial inspection. Mark and I discussed the work to be done, for which he appeared very knowledgeable. Within a few days I received an estimate with an inspection report indicating the areas that needed improvement. I decided to move forward with the suggested changes, and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later. The crew of four worked quickly and cleaned up well. The roofing changes look good, and since Mark guarantees his work I expect my leaking issues will no longer be a concern (which is great). The repair cost was reasonable, about what I expected from what I had learned from industry research.

This is the second time we have used ACS Roofing over the years. They continue to be very responsive and professional. Came out to do an inspection after we discovered a leak and were able to take immediate action to stop further damage. When they were able to come out to do the house repairs the crew was professional, on-time, thorough, and didn't mind explaining what they were doing and why.
