I was very happy with my experience. Zoe was very helpful on the phone to help schedule a technician to come out. Antonio was very price and courteous. He was very helpful explaining the condition of my unit after doing the maintenance and tune up. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Antonio came out to give us a second opinion on our heater, which we were told was showing damage. He was pleasant and professional. After confirming the damage, he didn’t try to sell us a new heater, but just outlined the repairs needed to fix the existing one. When I told him we were interested in replacing our gas heater, he gave me clear choices without pressure. When we’re ready to get a new unit, we will definitely call Airmech!

First off, I was very surprised to be able to schedule a service so quickly. I had an appointment with a couple of days! It was super easy to make an appointment and a rep called me to confirm and to get more details pretty fast as well. Well, today the technician came out. His name was Freddy and he was great. I was given a 2hr window and he came at the beginning of it! He let me know of the cost before doing anything. He said if it was this it would cost this much or if it was this, it would cost this much. I let him know I was comfortable to pay for the compressor, if it was the issue and thank goodness that fixed my issue. I will definitely keep this company in my contacts....if anything else happens...cause my unit is pretty old. ☺️
