Airmech Heating and Air Conditioning

First off, I was very surprised to be able to schedule a service so quickly. I had an appointment with a couple of days! It was super easy to make an appointment and a rep called me to confirm and to get more details pretty fast as well. Well, today the technician came out. His name was Freddy and he was great. I was given a 2hr window and he came at the beginning of it! He let me know of the cost before doing anything. He said if it was this it would cost this much or if it was this, it would cost this much. I let him know I was comfortable to pay for the compressor, if it was the issue and thank goodness that fixed my issue. I will definitely keep this company in my contacts....if anything else happens...cause my unit is pretty old. ☺️

Antonio came out and diagnosed the issues with my central air unit. He gave me detailed explanations of what was going on and of the tests he ran. He also gave me a rough estimate of repairs. Very professional and personable.

Blower fan didn't kick on, scheduled online on a Sunday evening only waited 3 days on the hottest season of the year! Zoe form the office followed up first thing Monday morning.
