AMAZING!! My "Heatwave Hero" Jeremy saved the day!! Our AC went out yesterday evening and I reached out at 7am and he was able to come by and get the AC fixed +today, so that my family abd my fur babies could survive this heatwave Jeremy I can not thank you enough!!! Professional and Honest!
Mike T was amazing! The entire Top Rank team did an excellent job of installing my HVAC system and a whole house fan. It was fairly priced, the staff were professional and efficient and we got a great system that works well for our home. When our whole house fan started to 'act up', Top Rank sent someone out that day to fix it. When it became evident that the problem was a faulty remote (not their fault, just a bad part), Mike T diagnosed the problem and got it fixed quickly. He tested to ensure it was working properly and made sure we were happy with the service and resolution. Top Rank is my go-to for all things HVAC and specifically Mike T is the best technician. We are happy to report that our AC is blowing cold again. However we were surprised to find that we had more than one circuit breaker for the house. It’s my own fault, I should have known to look for another breaker. We paid 99 bucks to have them come out and another 140 to flip a switch. The whole visit took less than 30 mins. I was happy with the interaction with both the dispatcher and tech. The bill was a surprise. I’d use them again but maybe ask for a diagnosis before the repair. Service: A/C system repair
