Jeremy and his crew Lincoln and Mike were here promptly at 7am and spent all day until 4pm installing our new air conditioner and heating system. They were very professional and knowledgeable about their service. They also gave us a bid that was considerably less than other bids we received. Their office staff was also very helpful and professional. We would highly recommend this company. We have also used them in past years for maintenance and repairs on our heating and air units. I have used them in the past and would recommend them. But this time around it was terrible. They said that they’ll be there between 12 and 3 and that they were running ahead of schedule. So when I had to pick up my daughter at two and left someone else to manage the repair, the HVAC person left in the middle of the job and did not call me to update or inform me of the cost. He just left. I don't remember his name, but He is short, skinny, white, and 30-50 yrs old. Even though they are cheaper, $49 vs. $79, it isn’t worth it when your a/c wont even work! There are many other companies with over 200 reviews to pick from. Good luck! Service: A/C system repair
