This all started from a leak upstairs in the water heater area. It seemed like a very straightforward problem that should’ve been taken care of quickly. I am basing this on previous leaks from The upstairs unit. it took them over four months and I’m still waiting for a callback for them to complete the cleanup. The mold was left untreated. They waited so long that the moisture seeped Into my bedroom and then I had a bacterial infection in my lungs. They did not pull permits until they were forced to do so. They had to redo unacceptable work and repair breakage that they created. And they would only do this after repeated Requests and providing previous pictures to prove they did the damage. I tried to be so nice and practically begged them to please make an appointment, to finish the drywall in my bedroom, on and on. It’s still not right but I really do not want them back here.
