SunTrust Remodeling came by our house a few weeks ago asking us if we were interested in getting turf for the front yard. We were actually considering turf, so asked someone to come for a quote. A member of the company came the following week, saw the area we wanted turfed, and hand wrote us a quote. After getting another quote from someone else, we decided to pursue SunTrust further. Two men came by the following week from the same company to see if we wanted to proceed with the project. They re evaluated the area and gave us a quote for $1400 more than the first guy. When we showed them the hand written quote from the first guy who came by, they called their general manager, who not only honored the quote, but dropped the price by another $500. My husband and I were thrilled, and we signed the contract and put down a 10% deposit. We picked the turf we wanted from the samples they provided us. We told them we wanted the turf placed ASAP.
