One of our faucets stopped working and our toilet has been filling slowly for a while now. Rami from Plumbing Service Solutions came and determined we just need to clean the aerator and said the toilet isn’t wasting water. He said he could change the pump if we wanted but there’s no need. We appreciated that he wasn’t trying to sell on us on things we didn’t really need. There was no charge for the house call. We bought the key that he recommended to extract the aerator and easily fixed it ourselves today. We will definitely be using Plumbing Service Solutions again for any plumbing needs. One contractor came and gave us an estimate but never called back to tell us they received the cartridge needed for the upstairs bathroom faucet so l started looking for another plumbing company. Found PSS Plumbing on our nextdoor app. Several local neighbors posted positive comments about their service. They came out immediately and gave us an estimate of the part they needed to order. After the part came in they contacted us letting us to schedule a time-line for them to come which was 8:00. They were on time and successful replaced the part. Seems to have taken care of the vibration of the pipe when running water in the tub. We will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing issues in the future. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
