After making an appointment, and on the day of appointments, I recieved a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Technicians arrived on time and their appearncewas neat and professional. Omar, showed up for an assessment and quickly identified the problem. Then he rescheduled an appointment for repair. Again, I received a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Freddy, and his apprentice quickly went to work, replacing the faulty part, and discovering a leak. Omar, showed up to inspect the repair without further incident. Once payment was made, the receipt indicated a 1 year warranty on each, the repair work and the part replaced. I had great experience with William. He explained the details (why and how) to fix the issue. He did not rush to complete the job. Instead, he tried his best to get it done in the right way. The amount that I paid was reasonable. Also, it was easy to setup the appointment. The CSR keep me informed of their schedule. I will definitely use them again in the future.
