My old AC/Furnace system needed to be replaced this year but the company I used to service it in the past said the lead time from unit arriving to install would be 3 weeks. I wasn't satisfied with that but yet was ready to move forward with a Heat Pump/Air Handler split system and removing the gas furnace. But they didn't get me paperwork the weekend they promised. That Sunday I used Yelp to get additional bids. Chris was the first one to reply and even called me later that morning and we spoke for 30 minutes. I met him and one other person Monday to look at my current setup. While the quotes were similar in price Chris was the only person to have a conversation with me about the energy efficiency of my old home built in the 50s. He recommended a larger ton machine because I have no insulation, open beam ceilings and only half the house has double pane windows.
