The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I thought the technician should have asked for a broom or brush to clean up the material that came out of the furnace while he was cleaning it. Some people told me the company would try to upsell me to buy a new furnace (mine is quite old but works fine still) but this didn't happen so I was happy about that. Air Plus did a great job installing a ductless mini split in my condo. We have strict HOA rules and they found a creative way to mount my unit on the patio without running drain lines down the side of the building by having the drain lines run into existing flower pots on my patio.
