We received several quotes for our roof replacement and chose Peak Builders based on the thorough consult and great quote from Jonathan. He went on the roof and also up into the attic looking at vents and the quality of wood to give us his best estimate of what would need to be done. The workmanship was excellent and the job was completed exactly on time with no surprises. We had the additional requirement of needing a solar hot water system removed and replaced, all of which was done easily and works fine after testing. They did a great job with the attic venting installation and the gutter installation, which was the most critical aspect of my job. The roof damage repair was also finished well. They were able to work around my schedule, which was important to me because I have a family who needs me home at night and in the morning. The final product looked great and was exactly what I wanted!
