After a bad experience with Plumbtree yesterday for an emergency water heater problem, we called BFP at the advice of a friend. What I thought was a $50 job turned out to be in the multiple thousands and I didn't want to get ripped off. From intake through follow up communication through service, it was clear we were getting respect as a customer. Wayne made sure we knew where all the costs were going, why things were priced as they were, etc. When it came time to make decisions, he explained my options to me clearly and provided pros/cons of both. Overall he was very trustworthy and professional. Time will tell of course but this feels like one of those "you get what you pay for" situations and I will be able to count on BFP to make sure we're taken care of from now on.

Our installer showed up right on time. He promptly sent me an email of our service agreement. He was courteous and patient with my 94 year old mother. He answered all my questions and was very detailed about everything being done to keep it all up to code.
