However, thank goodness for google-searched, I knew that the Hot Water Heater still had good and needed the Theormalcouple replaced. So, on a whim, I left Best Bay Plumbing, and the answering service indicated that a response would be within 15 minutes. Abel contacted me in ten minutes; I shared my issues and what I thought needed to be done, and how a quote to have the Thermocouple replaced. He asked me to send him a picture of the Hot Water Heater so he could provide me with a quote. It is very rare for me to award five star reviews. In this case it is warranted. I first called Best Bay Plumbing to replace the water line from the meter to the house. The old line was cast iron and had rusted to the point it was leaking. First they contacted the city and got emergency permission to setup a temporary stopgap to supply water to the house through a hose. They did this on the same day I contacted them. Two days later they came and installed a replacement line. The work was completed in a couple of hours and the area completely restored. I was also installing a hot water heater at the time. Work that I had no experience doing. They were willing to answer my questions and even returned to my house a couple of times to give advice all free of charge.
