Horrible horrible service and completely overprice and awful policy. Sending out a plumber even to turn off the water is $180 for 10 min of labor. And they charge one another $180 for the return trip to turn the water back on. The customer service is the worst - no patience and not at customer centric. Would not use them if possible — unfortunately they’re contracted by my condo.

Arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. The technician was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and the work he did looks great. Feels like a win. The total cost for parts and labor through Aquatek was less than half of what other companies were asking. Crazy industry. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Plumbing leak repair

This company might be a plumbing company but they are not a HVAC. DO not hire them for your boiler room pump or boilers. They are inept and totally unqualified. I have an invoice from them for work not done and they insist to get paid when their own invoice explains they own lack of knowledge. We brought a real HVAC company right after them and the problem with our pump was fixed by visiting tech and there was no need for a new pump. Do NOT recommend them.
