I want to acknowledge an Aquatek worker by the name of "AJ". He was very professional and effective in performing his job. He came out on a weekend emergency basis to help with a outdoor drain problem. He came to our door to let us know that he was here to assess our drain problem. He listened to my description of the problem. He met me at the drain so I could show him the issue. He agreed that it was a sump pump float problem. Finally, he said he would submit a report to my HOA which would include a recommendation for a new float. I really appreciated that he didn't just assume that this was a routine drain clearing like his predecessors had done earlier in the week. Service: Drain cleaning

Horrible company. No communication, no shows and poor attitude. I had to keep hunting them down after a no show and being told I was going to be called back to come fix the problem in my kitchen sink. Problem went unresolved after paying the copay through my landlord's insurance company. Inexcusable and unprofessional! AVOID IF POSSIBLE!

This is the company my homeowners association uses for repairs. Our notice said water would turn off from 9:00 to 1:00 It's still off after 4:00. I learned they didn't even start or turn it off till 3:00 p.m.. I called them to find out when it would be back on and their pat answer was 'when the job is finished.' I explained I was looking for a timeline so I could know when to expect to have water. I was told to call my homeowners association the only problem is they told me to call AquaTech which makes sense since they're the ones that are doing the job and know how the job is going and how long it's going to take. Don't give them your business I'm going to encourage my homeowners association to get a new plumbing service. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
