We contacted them and were able to have a professional visit us within 2 days. The staff was quick to diagnose the problem and was able to recommend installations that can repair and help to protect the system. We really appreciate the efficient service and are glad the a/c is up and running in less than 1 hour.
Three days ago we had forced air A/C installed by Valley Heating and it has failed to keep us cool. Many thousands of dollars later and it’s hot as hell in our upstairs. Techs were out today and told me it would cool down. It hasn’t. I have family from out of town visiting. 77 degrees upstairs. Unacceptable. Unhappy. Angry. I want my cheap little ugly window AC back.
Our sales rep was knowledgeable and trustworthy with our questions, and our project manager communicated everything to us along the way. The contractors worked hard and finished the job in four days. Very happy with our new indoor air quality.
