Called for help with AC repair issue in the morning and they were able to get someone to help in the afternoon. Very supportive customer service and very helpful and professional technician came for the repair (his name was Martin). He determined there was a leak and we agreed to a quick short term fix to add coolant so I can get cold air today and then for the long term fix, we'll schedule a time when we don't need the AC in the Fall to locate and fix the leak.
