We had a known issue with the outdoor A/C unit in the new house we purchased and Gary was able to come out quickly and assess the problem. I was then able to easily schedule a time shortly afterwards for the repair to take place, which only took a few hours. There was an hourly charge to receive an estimate, but at the end of the day, Gary came in under the estimate amount he quoted and the overall price for all the work was fair. He also helped me learn about different parts about my new home such as the water softener and shutoff valve and answered any other questions I had since I had already paid for an hour of his time.
