Pelle Heating & Air Conditioning

Pelle installed our ductless heating and air. We loved it until we needed to use the air conditioner. It worked great for one day. Then it stopped working. It was a crazy heat wave and it took them 2 weeks to come out (they have one repair guy). By the time they came out it was cool out and the unit worked again. It just seems to die in the heat. We are now in another heat wave. The unit worked for one day and died again. They said that they cannot come out for another 4 days. It is currently in the high 90s and we have a $16,000 non-working unit. By the time they come out the heat wave will be over and the unit will be working again. It just completely shuts down in the heat (which is when we need it). I cannot warn you strongly enough about this company!! The people are nice enough, but with ONE repair guy they cannot support their customers! ADDITION: As soon as I posted the review (In June) the owner asked me to revise it and promised to rectify the situation right awa
