Loni, arrived on time, was personable & professional. He performed the installation of our water heater quickly. I would definitely recommend water heaters only. The 1 thing I found some what miss leading is I was asked to leave a 5 star review & if the review was less than 5 star there was a phone # to call instead of leaving a review. We needed a new water heater and decided to go tankless. Initial contact was through their website and follow-up by email. Quick replies and answered my initial questions. We scheduled the site visit to assess the appropriate product to install and provide an estimate. Loni performed both the site visit and installation. He was great, phoning me to let us know he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. The installation is clean - see photo. Loni answered all my questions with a smile! I appreciate the fast and efficient replacement of our 12 year old Bradford water heater. John A (their technician) finished the removal and installation of our water heater in less than 3 hours. He was professional and explained all my questions about the work. It was our fortune to get this last minutes service on a Saturday afternoon.
