Loni did a great job installing a new water heater for us. He somehow managed to get the new one down our basement stairs and the old one back up all by himself. I have used Water Heater Only 16 years ago, now I need to replace it with a new one. The technician Loni O. is very experienced, efficient and friendly. He got the installation done quickly without issues. It has been over 2 months now, still working without issues.
We called Water Heaters Only at 8:00 AM and Alex arrived that same morning to install a new 40 gal water heater. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable in his craft and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. His quick thinking saved us on a another issue that arose that morning (not by his doing). He finished the job in a little over 2 hours and we're very satisfied with his work.
