Clean Roofing

I got a roof from Clean Roofing and solar panels from Clean Solar. This review is specific to my experiences with the roofing. Overall I think they delivered a good product at a good price, but the actual process of getting the roof installed was very stressful. Good: + I've only had the roof for ~6 weeks at this point, but we've already had a lot of rain and the new roof didn't leak. I'm not qualified to evaluate the quality of the work beyond that, so I'm assuming they did a great job and that the roof will last at least 15 years without problems (the length of the warranty). + Their pricing was the best I found. + Communication with their sales people, project managers, etc was quick and cordial. + Their workers were friendly, polite, and left the work site clean after the job was done. Bad: - The biggest issue was that they severely inconvenienced my neighbors and made them very angry at me. Clean Roofing was absolutely amazing! A 60' tree fell on our roof a year ago, and our insurance company was trying to find a way around replacing he entire roof. Clean Roofing came in and convinced them that the entire roof had been compromised and would continue to leak, necessitating replacement. Then they started on our house. The team comprised of Eleazar, David, Juan and Julio were wonderful. Polite, cheerful and mindful of our privacy, they worked diligently for 2 weeks (our roof is multi-level and very difficult). This wonderful team cleaned up every night prior to finishing for the day, leaving us so grateful for the work (even during shelter in place!). My neighbor was able to watch them from his second story window and after 3 roofs himself was somewhat of an expert. He reported that the work this team did was fantastic. Terrific experience with Micah and his crew. Presentation was very clear in terms of costs and services. Micah was very involved with the project and even with a few hiccups due to the age and eccentricities of our home, they were all handled quickly and efficiently. The crew was pleasant to work with and did a terrific job from the roofing and gutters to replacing the dry rot and skylights. We highly recommend Clean Roofing.
