We are very happy with our new Lennox system with Bronze model package (Furnace and AC). Air Sharks offered a comparative price with a promotion. Their price beat the other 4 other quotes we received earlier, so we took Air Sharks' offer right away. The entire uninstalling and installing process took the crew 12 hours from 8am to 8pm. The entire team of Air Sharks is professional, polite, patient and thorough, especially the installer crew who completed the uninstalling and installing work meticulously, and cleaned the work area and helped paint our partial fence. This crew included Jaime I'oorru , Andrian, and Carlos. Great impression of Air Sharks from Beginning to End. I originally sent out request for quotes to other HVAC providers. I decided to also send it out to Air Sharks. Rene sent me a follow up message explaining the current deals that Air Sharks were currently offering for Air Ducting work along with AC and Heat pump units. I felt that this would be a great opportunity to see what pricing they could offer. So I decided to take a chance and called their office to request an in-person home consultation and request for quote. I received a text message to confirm the in-home consultation. I was notified that Khaled would be my project manager. Khaled was very professional throughout the consultation while remaining respectful and thorough. Great experience with Air Sharks. We hired them to replace our old air ducts and they handled all aspects of the project from installation to scheduling of independent HERS testing and city permit inspection. We had asbestos as part of our old ducts and they recommended and scheduled the asbestos removal. Khaled was our project manager and was very responsive to any questions we had and the project went quick and smoothly. On top of the air duct installation, Air Sharks inspected our HVAC furnace and replaced the blower motor due to oil leakage.
