Elite Rooter was extremely responsive, they arrived within an hour from when I called in to have someone come down. We normally never have any problems but the kitchen sink was clogged and we needed someone to fix it. Everything was working properly after he left. Which was way better than the last plumber that came out. They were super service providers. thanks

Great communication, email and text etc Showed up on time. Professional communication. Lots of talk about the bid, questions about how are you going to pay ???? us and what happens if you don't pay at the end of the service. Also credit cards are fine but we add 3-4% fee for that over and above the $289 fee. Refuse to start service unless you sign agreement to pay. Tech calls back and says he can’t fix bathtub but will still need to collect the fee requested after about 30 minutes I called a backup drain company and got problem resolved fast. This was not a complex bathtub clog. Charging almost $300 then not being able to resolve tells me the tech is not qualified. I also have issue with companies that "fish" for reviews. It misaligns the algorithm against other companies that are not so DRIVEN with their marketing. Balance this with the fact that I am able to leave a review for actual experience. Great company with outstanding customer service. I reached out regarding a plumbing issue in my bathroom, they gave me an appointment within 24hrs and called to give an heads up before arriving. Ruben was the plumber assigned to me, he fixed the issue in less than 2mins and didn’t even charge me for it. I offered to tip him and he didn’t even accept that. Outstanding customer service.
