I called them in the morning and was glad to hear that they would come to my house in a couple of hours. Jesus was my technician assigned. He was very professional. He performed a thorough inspection before giving me an estimate. The cost is very affordable and fair. My shower drains were cleared efficiently. Afterward he offered a more thorough cleaning with a snake and camera of all my shower and sink drains. I accepted and he came back in a couple of days. Wow! Huge difference in the drains. Elite Rooter was extremely responsive, they arrived within an hour from when I called in to have someone come down. We normally never have any problems but the kitchen sink was clogged and we needed someone to fix it. Everything was working properly after he left.
