They explained what they would do. They had to work around some obstacles and were very pleasant about it. They worked efficiently and the price was about 20% less than I expected. There was frequent communication to reassure me. This is rare, but so important to confidence in the vendor. Payment by credit card was simple, easy, and straightforward.
