A couple of years ago, the same company did my home inspection. I was not involved at that time, so I thought it was fine to do it again with this company (they suggested another inspection, as my 2y old report might be outdated). They missed so many details, the kind of inspection it was made was just visual, anyone can really do that and it should not cost that much, and yet they missed many details. 80% of the suggested repairs in the report do not make any sense, and the cost of those repairs is insanely high. At first I thought it was the increase of lumber prices, but when I inquired why they could not provide a reason. Lazy company seeking for easy money, not good at all, I should have read other people's reviews before.

Excellent extremely happy!! they were available and right away... they did roof, termite, and whole house inspections... AND got the inspections to me same day!! which is amazing it's just what we needed, not what we thought could happen... but they did it !! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone one ... I have been a realtor for 33 years... I know service providers!
