I have worked with R&R for years. This is my first review of any tech company ever. All I will say is, 5 Stars x2. Don't even waste your time researching any other tech company. I only work with cold side products. But, if they are this stellar with refrigeration? duh. Thanks guys. You make my life so much easier.
We have always had a great experience working with R&R for our coffee business. The technicians coming to our stores are professional and do great work. In addition, the admin team communicates extremely well.
We had a new walk-in freezer installed and after two months of it not cooling and repeated repairs, we finally got R & R to come out one time and the fixed the problem in one day. Amazing tech!
