Very professional and quick service! I was having issues with the electrical panel of my rental home. I called Flores Electric and they came over in no time. They made a very thorough assessment, and provided a competitive quote and a work plan. My landlord authorized the work that Ray and his team performed according to the plan. Ray followed up after the work was done and even helped me with some other minor repairs not related to the electrical panel. During the March 14, 2023 storm, my neighbor’s giant redwood tree fell onto my property. Among other damage, it cut the electrical lines to my house. Two nights later when PG&E came to reinstall the lines, the lineman said the wires going into the house were damaged and would have to be replaced before they could connect to them. The next morning I began calling well rated electricians. Flores Electric was the only call answered by a real person. A few hours later, Rey Flores, the owner came to my house to inspect the damage. He gave me a quote and said he could have a crew out the next morning, a Saturday, to install new wires. He even accompanied me to city hall to obtain a permit and arrange for a city inspector to come out to approve the work the next day. At that point he only asked for a 10% down payment. Sure enough, his crew came out the next morning and installed new wires. The inspector passed the wires, but also asked that a better grounding system be installed.

Carlos, Rey and the rest of the crew were great to work with on my 800sf addition. They were very professional and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way, from rough in to final finished outlet and light fixture/fan install.
