Carlos and Rey were very communicative, and all of their employees are professional and hard working. They worked with us through several unexpected changes of plans and were very quick to come out for repairs that were needed after the winter storms (before the new work could be finished). I called Flores to check if they do PowerWall installation & can give me a quote. The attendant said yes & booked an in-person assessment. The guy who showed has no clue what I was talking about, didn't seem to know anything about PowerWalls. Still charged me $80 for the visit for doing nothing. The guy said they do a lot of such installations and will get back to me a quote, never received any call or any communication.
