Our experience with Lifetime was excellent. It started with my phone conversation with Liz. She was knowledgeable, listened carefully and took down all of my criteria. She was extremely positive and told me that my needs would surely be met. She promised to call me back after she checked with her manager. Five minutes later Liz called back to say "no problem" regarding every element of my request. We then set up an appointment for a few days later to have a project manager come to our home and go over our requests in more detail and to assess the site. The project manager, Harry Belagian, came out soon thereafter. We hit it off immediately. He listened carefully to my questions and my requirements. He conveyed a confidence that was genuine and effective. We signed a contract the next day. With the heavy rains that we've been seeing, our roof started leaking. Lifetime roofing was able to come in, quickly figure out the problem and provide a reasonable solution.
