He showed up on time and stayed late to finish the jobs and did everything we asked. We also spoke with George, the owner of the company, when we had an issue and he was kind to remedy it for us in a professional and courteous manner. John was very friendly and professional and provided a high level of knowledge and expertise in the installation of shelves and the mounting of the spines of those shelves into studs to ensure a permanent and solid structure. I am absolutely confident that these shelves are structurally safe and will not fall even in the event of a strong earthquake, as it is my belief, that the shelves are mounted that well.
