Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Amanda showed up promptly and on-time. She was courteous and professional, attempting to solve our garage washing machine blockage/backup problem for at least 4 hours. Unfortunately, she was challenged by our handyman having cut the newly-installed y-trap pipe draining the washing machine that he'd thought was the problem, and that happened to be slightly lower than any other cleanout on the premises. Amanda deftly located the block as not being in the washer drainage, but lying distal to the garage/kitchen pipe junction. She spent hours making some progress in moving it, but was ultimately not able to clear it without risking serious flooding of the garage. Amanda amply apologized for her lack of success in clearing our plumbing, but it was not for her lack of effort. We would ask her back and recommend both her and Roto-Rooter to anyone in the area for professionalism, effort, and diligence - we all expected this to be a 30 minute job at most but she persistently stuck to her guns wh

I had a great experience with Art from Roto Rooters and the various receptionists I talked to setting up an inspection here in Santa Cruz. No call waiting, no hoops to jump. I wasn’t expecting that with such a large company, very personable and flexible with my schedule. I didn’t even end up needing services and the inspection was free! Highly recommend Roto-Rooter. Great customer service, knowledgeable and professional with the ability to break everything down in layman's terms. We had all bathtubs and toilets clogged at once. The Professional was able to use his on board equipment to determine what the issue was and fix everything in a timely matter. He even fixed our slow flushing toilet on the way out with even being promoted to. Again awesome company and we highly recommend. Definitely going to be using them for any big future plumbing issues.
