Sluggish toilet flushing gradually worsened. Highly knowledgeable and efficient plumber diagnosed the problem quickly and removed a monster root that had grien in the pile. He was cheerful, highly experienced and got directly to the problem. We enjoyed his “can do” attitude. We will ask fir him when we need a great plumber. Service: Toilet repair
We had a sewer line backup to the clean out that was discovered by our neighbor while we were on our camping trip. When we got back I made the call to roto rooter and they had someone out within a few hrs. The technician was super friendly knowledgeable and explained the process that was going to be done with great detail. Amanda found a clog within a few minutes and notified us that she was going to make sure the entire line was clear, Long story short she found another clog at the end of the run which she spent 4 Hrs clearing out!
