Rafe came to our house to give an estimate for air duct cleaning. He was unbelievably courteous, respectful and answered not only the questions we had, but went above and beyond to help us solve several other problems we had in our house. We would absolutely recommend using him.
The technician from PacificAir was able to correctly install a programmable thermostat after two different technicians from two different companies could not. This technician was professional and informed me as to what exactly was going on. I'm glad I was able to schedule this company to send someone out that actually knew what they were doing. There have been no issues with the furnace or the thermostat since.
The technician arrived in the appropriate window and installed the thermostat and explained what he was doing clearly. The technician deserves 5*s. However, I would rate the company at 4*s because the amount charged seems high to me for the time spent on the work.
