Rafe came to our house to give an estimate for air duct cleaning. He was unbelievably courteous, respectful and answered not only the questions we had, but went above and beyond to help us solve several other problems we had in our house. We would absolutely recommend using him.
Pacific Air did an excellent job of repairing HVAC ducts, vents, etc. and insulating the attic and crawl space of the 50-year old house we recently bought. Our technicians José, Lalo, and Pedro were thoroughly professional, friendly, and they explained everything well. Our heater will now run less frequently, so we'll save a lot in gas and electricity. The contract and invoices were all done conveniently by email. I highly recommend Pacific Air.
