Update: I wrote this review before I knew Alan was in an accident. He did contact me later that day to reschedule. The crew showed up on time and provided quality work. I was very happy with their service overall. I made an appointment for an estimate and Alan showed up but unfortunately didn't have the proper equipment to access my roof. We rescheduled for the next business day and HE DIDN'T SHOW UP. He didn't call or inform me he was not coming. I called him several times and no answer. This caused me to be late for work and to have to start over to find a roofer. I would have rather him say he just didn't want the job! Unprofessional and a waste of time! Service: Roof repair

A.R.S. Roofing was great. The crew Alan had sent to update and install the new roof on the duplex we rent was fantastic. There were a few questions that I had that Christopher answered in detail which helped me understand the process. Mario and Santiago went above and beyond at the end of the day ensuring that our walkways and patio area was cleaner than when they started and free from nails and debris. Allen and his team are excellent. They are professional and very on-time. Allen makes sure his crews doing the best job and always be there if customer has any issue or concern. We had several bids for roof installation, ARS pricing is reasonable and on top of that they are Owen Corning certified roofer, which gives me a peace of mind.
