Our roof was recently completed by ARS Roofing. Prior to selecting a contractor, we had requested three bids. ARS Roofing was recommended to us so we called Alan, the owner, and requested a bid. He promptly was in touch with me and arrived on time to provide an estimate for replacement of our concrete tile and underlayment on a home of about 3,100 square feet. Alan provided an excellent price in the middle of our bids but he was the most thorough in explaining the roofing process, the staging of the job, and the attention to detail of his crews. After speaking with him and checking out the status of his license, we decided to hire him to do our re-roofing job. Alan was very flexible in scheduling the job since my wife and I had some upcoming travel. Once a date was set to begin, Alan's crew who handles tearing off the old roof tiles, underlayerment, and cleaning up after completing the demo was excellent. Allen and his team are excellent. They are professional and very on-time. Allen makes sure his crews doing the best job and always be there if customer has any issue or concern. We had several bids for roof installation, ARS pricing is reasonable and on top of that they are Owen Corning certified roofer, which gives me a peace of mind.
