I have used Centennial Exteriors personally three times since 2019. They have always been honest and responsive. They work directly with your insurance company and actually meet the adjuster for the initial appointment. As a real estate professional I have also used them for second opinions on inspections as well as 5-year roof certifications. They are usually out to those appointments within a day. Woke up to water coming in from somewhere on the roof. Called Centennial Exteriors and spoke to owner Lou; he came out to assess and then had his team come out and repair.
