The techs who installed my new HVAC System were very professional. They arrived on time and had the job completed in less than 7 hours. Their workmanship was done well and they cleaned up after they were done. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC
Coffman performed a maintenance checkup on our AC system that they installed back in 2018. Our Technician, Dan. had some unexpected maintenance checkup repairs that delayed our scheduled time. Coffman’s service department kept us updated on the new time frame and I was glad to see that they actual called me to let me know about the delay. As for the Technician, Dan, polite, informative and thorough. We will use Coffman in the future.
So considerate and polite. They were timely, kept us informed from the initial visit to the end of the installation. We are extremely pleased.
