Needed fence repair and the gate fence repaired and reattached. It was impossible to get any of the bigger businesses in the area to answer the phone or return a voicemail so we took a chance and were not disappointed. Mike was professional and very up front from the beginning with cost of labor and supplies. He provided a "story book" break down with pictures every step of the way so that we could see what was going into the work we requested in order to get the job done. We appreciated that he gave us options for our repairs so we could choose what was in our budget. An itemized receipt was provided at the end of service. Work was solid, our gate is now attached and operates much better than before it was broken. Our fence has been repaired allowing our dog to enjoy the backyard again. At the end of the day, Michael is only one person, so cost will be a little higher than the bigger guys who have a team at their disposal. His responsiveness and quality of work were worth it. ** Edit ** Received a response back from Michael and checked my phone logs. It was my error as I had a digit off on his phone number. Since I can't delete this review I'm changing my rating to positive and will refer back in the future. Left message but never received a call back. Be glad to adjust rating if I ever hear back or use the service. But as of right now they have been unresponsive so noting it for future reference.
