Michael is a gem! He's done a few different jobs for us: fixing a fence that wouldn't close and fixing a basement door that wouldn't close. He is easy to schedule via phone, timely during the appointment, upfront about costs for both labor and parts, and consistent in his quality and quotes. I am closing on a new condo for my mother-in-law soon and I have a whole list of items that need to be done, and my first call will be to Michael. It's so much less mental effort to have a good handyperson on speed dial! If you want the same, Michael is your person. Service: General repairs

We hired Michael based off the really solid Google reviews and I am sad to say the hive mind failed us. Here are the good things: He was very prompt in his reply to my late message on a weekend evening, so I had very high hopes. He got us on the schedule quickly and did a good job with communication about when he could come and when he was on the way. His work was good, and completed as expected. Here are the problems: the cost was WAY over normal handyman fees. He was at our home for less than 4 hours and the total was nearly $900!! It was partially on my husband for agreeing to the outrageous fee, but I am shocked Michael even considered charging us that high of a fee to begin with. Here was the breakdown of charges we got after the fact: Install Ring Doorbell - $225, Clean exhaust fan in bathroom - $185, Staple down loose baseboard in closet - $100, put glass topper onto dresser (This required loosening some screws and pushing the glass under the mirror attached and re-tightening)

Michael did a great job helping me out with getting the house ready for sale. The various items that needed to be addressed were done with care and attention to detail. His desire is to do the job as he would want it done in his home and it shows! He is very professional, personable and prompt with returning calls to set up an appointment. He will be my handyman in the future and I highly recommend him. His service was impeccable.
