Yanni is a first class guy. I have asked his advice and a quote to do work I thought was required. He gave me a reasonable quote but then said to really confirm if it was required by the building inspector. It turned out it was not required so Yanni saved me a lot of unecessary work and money. When he has done small jobs, he was prompt, easy to work with, reasonably priced. I'd recommend him for any electrical work.

Yanni did a great job of running three new 20 amp circuits for my basement remodel. He was responsive and on time. Did a quality job at made sure I understood how everything worked.
