Bryan with Valiant Air is an absolute life saver. We were told by two other companies that we needed to replace our furnace and air conditioning systems. He saved us over $8k-15k for the time being. He was supposed to originally just look at everything for us and give us an estimate. Instead he fixed the problem in a matter of minutes, educated on the system we had and more. These guys are the best to go with! We had multiple companies try to make a quick buck off us and Valiant Air made it a point to take care of us and ensure us as life long customers. Once everything does need to be replaced we will be going with them hands down. We even asked if we could set up maintenancing on our furnace to make sure we're good to go for this upcoming winter. We had one of the bigger heating and air companies we've used before come out to diagnose our AC issues and we thought the quote they gave us was way too much. They also charged a fee to come out. I contacted Valiant Air to get a second opinion and Bryan was able to come out the next day free of charge. In the end, Bryan was able to provide more than the other company was going to and his invoice only came to a fraction of the quote we received from them (other company). He was also able to do the repairs needed to the AC unit and furnace to get our AC running cold again during the appointment instead of rescheduling after the diagnosis. I would recommend anyone with heating or cooling issues to use Valiant Air. The experience we had tells me they care about their customers and aren't just trying to make a sale.
