Wow, Pete was knowledgeable, super responsive when we reached out, and very fair. He could have created much more work but was honest and did things the way that made most sense. We’ll be calling him again.

Pete did a great job putting in a vent for our gas stove. He did exactly what we wanted, installed it so it looks great, cleaned up, and even cut what was already a fair price down after it took less time than he originally expected. He was also very easy to communicate with. Definitely will be calling him again! Do not hesitate to call him.

Found Pete via a local chat. Contacted him about getting an estimate to take down and remove an old sandstone stack wall and replace with new a capped retaining block wall. Two days later I had a detailed estimate with zero markup on materials. Pete also suggested I could save money on the estimate by posting the old wall on NextDoor as FOC. Wound up saving me $1,400! Pete started within a week after the old wall was removed. Despite a snow storm and freezing weather Pete single handedly had the wall done in a week and it looks great (see pictures)! All during the build process Pete would check in with me and my wife to make sure we were all on the same page and happy with the progress being made.
