I will start with the fact the tech's work was good and the price for the job that was done was fair. However my experience as a whole was not great. I put an inquiry in online and got a pretty quick phone call, which got disconnected in the middle of. Instead of trying to get ahold of me again, they sent a tech, which I knew from a text I got, without verifying that I was available or even wanted them to come (and we had already gone over that what I wanted was preventative, not an emergency before the disconnect). I called them back and they canceled it but they were very pushy about it all, not leaving me a lot of room for questions. We did get a time set up and the tech came in the 2 hour window without issue. Like I started with, the work itself was great. We wanted a 2nd opinion on a big issue we had gotten from another plumber, and they agreed and showed me why it needed to be done, and I do agree I need to do something about it. All techs were pros in their work and knowledge. All respected both homeowners and were willing to speak and explain the work to us. All were courteous. When the outside sewer line cleanout access ports are uncovered from dirt covering those ports, I am more than willing to give a five star.
