Ben and Dylan saved the day! I woke up to a leaking hot water heater/side arm tank which is attached to our boiler. They arrived quickly (even though we had 6 inches of snow and many schools and business were closed.). He was able to stop the leak, diagnose the issue and install the new parts the same day. It was easy to set up an appointment not too far into the future. On the day of the service call, Ben let me know when he was on his way to my house and arrived well within the service window.
