Justin and the Bear Brothers team were great to work with. This was the first time to file a claim and Justin was super helpful in navigating that process and working with our insurance company. The roofing crew was very fast and when they left there was virtually no sign that we had a multi-level roof removed and replaced in a day and a half. No surprises or add on in fees or costs - everything was clearly explained and well documented. Extremely satisfied!
