My capacitor went out on my outdoor unit. I scheduled service and they were quick to come out and repair. The technician, Angel, was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me while he was working on the unit. I could tell they were not trying to upcharge me for unnecessary work, and they genuinely made me feel cared for as a customer. Would give 6 stars if I could!

I needed my swamp cooler serviced. Most plumbing and heating companies don't even deal with swamp coolers. Squeaks sent Perez to my home. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to assess the entire unit. I needed a new pump, which he replaced. My swamp cooler works better now than it did when it was new. I am extremely grateful and appreciative.
