Reroof America has done a magnificent job on our roofing project this year! Our home is an old Victorian in Boulder and after a major storm Jesse approached us with support for our re-roofing needs. When it was discovered that the project was more than any of us planned for due to it's 121 years of wear and tear, John and his team found a solution to keep the integrity of the home while completing the new roof. We were very pleased with the outcome and the support we got from them regarding this matter. We also felt the crew who did the roof were extremely respectful and trustworthy. We are very happy! In an honest review of the process of using Reroof America to replace my roof. I can say the team members Ryan and Jake were a pleasure to work with. They explained the process of not only the roof replacement but the extensive process of getting my insurance company to pay the correct value of my hail damage. The crew communicated well but was unsure of a few details when it came to the installation of the garage roof. A quick call settled the issue, a plus! As sometimes getting a hold of someone in construction can be difficult. The process for their team made it look easy as this was our first experience with a hail claim and dealing with a roofing company. We had a few items that were addressed with Craig. Thanks to Reroof America our home was transformed with a new roof and new paint job! My only critique would be that Octavais needed to be onsite a bit more to prevent the corrections needed, but the issues were resolved.

I wanted to wait until we have lived under this new roof before I started to talk about it. So I let 6 months and a few storms go by before commenting. I have done construction observation and contract administration for many years as a landscape architect, so I have seen a few contractors come and go. There crew showed up on time and went right to work. It took about a full day and they were done by five, except for gutters. They ran a very clean worksite. The flashing matched the color of the stained house so well and was so well installed, I didn't think they put it in at first. All the shingles are nice and tight and straight. They perfectly overlap the new gutters. The roof is buttoned up very well and is wearing nicely. Their competition whom I asked to come out, eventually punted on the job telling me I needed to hire an engineer. Everything worked out fine without one. And within budget.
